Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Rental Policy
All reservations require a 10% deposit at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS must be received 7 days prior to arrival (25 days prior for Holiday) to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations 7 days or more in advance of your original scheduled booking date will be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Guests that cancel less than 7 days of arrival will be charged in full.  No Shows will be charged in full.

HOLIDAY Cancellations: 25 days or more in advance of original booking date will be refunded, minus a 10% cancellation fee. HOLIDAY Cancellations and no shows: 25 days or less will be charged 100% of the original booking. This includes days leading up or following a US Postal Holiday. Holiday rates do apply.


Extra Guests: There is an extra charge for additional guests/children who exceed the maximum occupancy for that room. $15.00 for each additional, per night.

If you are dissatisfied with your accommodations, please let us know before using the cabin so we may attempt to make your stay more pleasant.

Oak Knoll Lodge does NOT charge for cleaning . That being said, we do reserve the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee if the cabin is left in an uncleanly manner (dirty dishes, stains on carpet or flooring, broken or missing items). Please be respectful and leave the cabin as it was when you arrived. Our cleaning service will take care of linens, towels and trash.

Damages to your room during your stay, will be charged to your credit card on file. We will contact you about about any additional charges

All cabins are Non-Smoking.There is a $250.00 charge for smoking in cabin.  

Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please dispose appropriately.

Totals listed here are estimated based on current taxes and exchange rates (if applicable) and do not include additional fees/charges that may be incurred during your stay.

NOTICE: Innkeeper laws are posted in main office and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents, injury or loss of belongings to our guest or their guest on our property. If you have any further questions please let us know we are here to help you..

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstance where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
